ROAM will not share this information with anyone outside its organization, unless it is necessary to complete your order, e.g. arranging the shipment and communicating with your chosen FFL holder, or is legally required.
If you buy a lower receiver, lower receiver group, or a full rifle from ROAM, some of your information will be made available to the federal government, as ROAM complies with all federal laws regarding guns, gun sales, and reporting gun sales. All legal gun manufacturers and sellers follow the same set of laws.

If you opt in to receive ROAM email newsletters, ROAM may, from time to time, contact you via email to tell you about specials, promotions, new products or services, company news, changes to this privacy policy, or other items of interest to ROAM customers.
