Shipping & Return Policy

Where We Ship Our Products

ROAM only ships within the United States. If we receive an order from outside the United States, it will not be fulfilled. Full rifles, lowers, and lower groups do not comply with the laws of, and will not be shipped to, the following states: Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and the District of Columbia. Depending on your state’s laws, other parts may be legal in your state. It is your responsibility to know and follow your state’s laws and regulations.

Processing and Shipping Time

All in stock orders are processed within 7 business days. Rifles are made to order and will be shipped within two weeks from the date of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.


ROAM is not a mass producer of rifles. We may end up with popular items on backorder at high volume times. If an item is on backorder, it will appear as such on our website, and ship within the stated time frame. You will receive a shipping confirmation when the item ships. If you order a backordered item with other items that are not on backorder, a ROAM employee will contact you. You will have the option to have all the items shipped with the backordered item, or have the available items shipped immediately and the backordered item shipped separately at its specified date.


ROAM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Do not discard packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must have the receipt, either a physical one or an emailed order confirmation. If your item has been used and has a defect or issue, please refer to our warranty information and contact us to determine if you are eligible to return your item for repair, replacement, or a refund under our warranty.

Return Authorization

Before you ship the item back to ROAM as a return, you must call or email us so we can generate a return authorization slip. It will be emailed to you, and must be included with the returned item(s) for us keep track of your return.


You will be notified once we have received your authorized return. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card. When you receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your return. If we determine your item(s) in not eligible for a return, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item(s) back to you.
