We will be out of stock of R-10 Lower Receivers for the time being. We are converting the raw material of both our receivers from extrusions to forgings.  This change in raw material forming requires finding a new supplier and a design change. Our current best estimate for availability is the first half of 2026. The R-10 Red River Ultralight is the first in a new generation of AR-style rifles. Utilizing unique magnesium alloys, this rifle sheds weight without compromising integrity. Chambered in .308 Winchester/7.62x51mm NATO, the R-10  weighs less than many AR-15s. Built from the ground up, focusing on hunters’ needs, the R-10 Red River Ultralight does not compromise accuracy or durability while weighing 5.9 lbs with a low mass steel BCG or 6.1 lbs with a full mass steel BCG. Built as an SR25/DPMS variant, the R-10 Red River Ultralight comes standard with a Cerakote® finish, and premium components such as the KynSHOT™ Recoil Reducing Buffer, Radian® ambidextrous charging handle, Hogue® pistol grip, and Magpul MOE SL®Carbine Adjustable Stock. Whether it’s a day at the range or a once in a lifetime bull Elk hunting trip, the R-10 will let you travel light and roam far™.
